About the Role

The Families First Programme Lead has a strategic and operational responsibility for the development and implementation of the Families First Partnership Programme. The Families First Programme Lead scope is to deliver the Families First Reforms Programme and associated programmes of work.

About you

The Families First Partnership Programme is a national reform for children's services and requires us to work differently to support families who need our support. The team will support the local authority and partners to deliver against the reforms, enabling the system to design and deliver a Family Help Service, Multi-agency Child Protection Teams and strengthen Family Group Decision Making across the service. The team will also support the partnership to capture the voice of children and families in the design of the offer, work across services to support the development of the case management system and deepen our understanding of the needs of the families that we support.

Please note this is 24 months Fixed Term Contract.
