Part Time Support Worker LEOMINSTER 14 hours per week to include 1 weekend every month.

(Additional relief hours available if required)

Due to our further continuing success Kelsam Support Services have a 14 hour per week vacancy.

Shifts are on a rolling rota basis Monday – Sunday.

You will provide care and support to each service user within their own homes in line with their respective Support Plan.

You will work as part of a team to provide individual high-quality person-centred care and support to service users, supporting each to reach their maximum potential with regards to independent living skills. You will be supporting adults (aged between with brain injury, mental health, learning disability, physical disability and autism.

You will provide service users with practical and emotional support/care, enabling them to have fulfilled lives and gain further independence.
