Bio-Check (UK) is restructuring for growth, expanding its manufacturing operation for diagnostic test kits (including lateral flow devices) and we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow with us. If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and want to develop skills in organising and supporting production, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What you'll do:
· Learn how production planning works and assist with simple scheduling tasks under guidance.
· Help allocate materials and support team members to keep production moving.
· Monitor progress and report any issues so adjustments can be made.
· Get involved in key manufacturing activities such as reagent preparation, dispensing, labelling, assembly, packing, documentation, inspection, and calibration.
· Work alongside teams in supply chain, logistics, QC, and finance to understand how everything fits together.
What we're looking for:
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn – no planning experience required.
· Reliability and attention to detail.
· Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
· Commitment to clean, safe working practices (training provided).
