About Us
MarketAxess is on a journey to digitally transform one of the world's largest financial markets, enabling the shift from analog, phone-based trading to a fully electronic marketplace. Why does this matter? Because our platform makes trading fixed-income more accessible, ultimately improving transparency, efficiency, and competition in the marketplace. Changing the way an established industry transacts is no easy feat. There will be twists and turns, because no one's ever done this before. But now, more than 2,000 clients around the world rely on our solutions, and that number is only expected to grow in the years ahead. We know where we're going. How we get there is up to us. Join us and help Take Us There.

The Role
Step into the heart of global change.

  • Pace & Impact: Thrive in a fast-moving setting where your decisions shape the future of our global operations. You'll design and execute global transformation programmes that demand agility, creativity, and a relentless drive for results.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Technology, Product Management, and business leaders to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions. You'll orchestrate change across systems, processes, and people, breaking down silos and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • AI and Platform Transformation: Harness the power of artificial intelligence, agentic automation, and our current and new platforms to reimagine operational processes. You'll champion data-led decision-making, embed advanced analytics and efficiency into the core of our operating model.
  • Global Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with legal, risk, and compliance teams across continents. Your influence will extend beyond operations—ensuring that every transformation initiative is robust, compliant, and future-ready.
