We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Lego Club Supervisor to run a weekly after-school Lego Club at a primary school in Gravesend. This role gives children the opportunity to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and confidence through fun, hands-on building activities in a safe and supportive environment.

The club runs Mondays, 3:30pm – 4:30pm (1 hour per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage a small group of primary-aged children in Lego-based activities and building challenges.
  • Plan and deliver enjoyable, age-appropriate sessions that encourage imagination, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Support children in developing confidence, fine motor skills, and cooperative play.
  • Maintain clear communication with school staff and, where appropriate, parents regarding children's participation.
  • Ensure all materials are organised and the activity space is safe, tidy, and ready for each session.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience working with children in schools, clubs, childcare, or similar environments.
  • Ability to engage and motivate young learners in a structured yet fun setting.
  • Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with children, staff, and parents.
  • Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for play-based learning are highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week
