Job Title: Bodyshop Manager – Accident RepairBodyshopLocation: Mid DevonSalary: Up to £60,000 (depending onexperience) + Bonus Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday –no weekendsBenefits· Competitive salary plus bonus· Pension contributions· Health cash plan Our client is a well established AccidentRepair Business with a number of Bodyshops across the UK.Due to continued growth and an internal promotion our clientis looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager for their Accident Repair Bodyshopin Mid Devon. You will be responsible for managing our clients team attheir Mid Devon Site, that will carry out repair work for a range of vehicles.You will be responsible for managing an on -site team of experts, includingpaint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators and alladministrative staff. You will understand the business needs, the accounts,reports and KPI's, effectively manage site resources and costs to optimisecapability and profitability and actively and efficiently manage work providerand supplier relationships.You will deal with any customer issues, and ensure timeis prioritized for interviewing, to ensure open vacancies are filled swiftly.About YouYou will ideally have prior experience as a Bodyshop SiteManager, with expertise in health and safety protocols, ensuring these measuresare consistently adhered to. You will be responsible for planning your workloadeffectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales; workingskillfully and safely under pressure, and carrying out work in accordance withmanufacturers specification.You will be able to lead and work as part of a team aswell as on your own initiative with minimal supervision, be flexible in yourapproach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction inmind.
