What You'll Be Doing:

* Representing clients through innovative sales and promotional marketing campaigns

* Collaborating with other departments on business development and market research

* Attending team workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs

* Working toward clear, structured progression into team leadership and management roles

* Playing a role in client expansion projects, new campaign launches, and market growth initiatives
