Join Our Team as a Creative Hair Stylist

We're looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our vibrant team. If you're someone who loves to express creativity through hair, is dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service, and enjoys working in a fun and supportive environment, this is the role for you You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills, work with amazing clients, and help foster a positive salon atmosphere. . We have multiple locations across Liverpool, we are specifically recruiting for Hunts Cross, Allerton and Garston.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing a wide range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client's preferences.
  • Performing makeup application and eyelash extensions as required by clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Upselling hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to the salon's growth.
  • Ensuring the salon is clean, organized, and all tools are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Assisting with front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, managing client records, and handling payments.
  • Mentoring junior stylists by sharing techniques, tips, and best practices in hair styling.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a creative and positive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling techniques, and keeping up with the latest beauty trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with front desk operations or in store management is a plus.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and team members.
  • A passion for beauty, makeup, and an eagerness to continuously learn and develop your craft.

Hours: 24 – 48 hours per week.
