  • Help develop and maintain communication plans to keep sponsors informed and engaged.
  • Work alongside internal teams (Marketing, Conference Production, Event Operations) to support the delivery of sponsor commitments.
  • Assist with managing sponsor assets (logos, content, booth plans) and help maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Support sponsors with booth design and logistics information, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during events, helping resolve routine issues quickly to help ensure a smooth sponsor experience.

Project & Event Support

  • Contribute to the preparation and improvement of sponsorship materials by providing ideas and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the creation of post-event reports that summarize value delivered and capture feedback for future improvement.
  • Support shared inbox management and provide general assistance with broader event operations as needed.

  • Some experience in event coordination, project coordination, sponsorship fulfillment, or customer service roles.
  • A team player with a passion for supporting excellent customer experiences.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and calm.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a positive, responsive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working to deadlines.
  • A collaborative contributor who brings enthusiasm, flexibility, and initiative to every assignment.
