Interim Legal Counsel

S&H have been instructed by a leading global media business on an exciting new Legal Counsel hire on an interim basis. The role will focus on commercial and marketing legal work.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including:
  • B2B and B2C agreements particularly marketing. Procurement MSAs.
  • Content - creation and use. Acquisition and distribution. Commercial IP.
  • Support with legal process and contract lifecycle.

Experience requirements

  • 2-4 years' PQE (this is a guide only)
  • Must have commercial IP
    or
    content legal experience.
  • Useful would be awareness of data protection and platforms experience.
  • Strong at commercial contracts.
