Overview:

We are looking for a receptionist who can mirror the standards of a state of the art premium practice and deliver on providing a 5* service to patients.

We are seeking a professional, energetic and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our premium dental practice in providing excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner

- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently

- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally

- Process patient registration and update their records accurately

- Handle billing

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role at a Dental Practice

- Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional demeanour

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience:

  • Dental Experience (as a receptionist): 1 year (Essential)
  • experience with Dentally software- preferred

Working Hours (Part time):

  • Monday- Friday 2pm - 5:30pm
  • Saturday (optional) - 8:30am - 2:30pm

Salary: Up to £14 per hour
