Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Management Lead and Global Head of Talent Management, we are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Senior Project Administrator (SAII level) to support the Talent Management function during a significant period of strategic transition.

The contractor will work closely with senior leaders and engage with a broad range of stakeholders across the Talent community and wider business. The ability to build strong relationships quickly, inspire confidence, and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration is essential to helping deliver a newly defined global talent strategy.

This role requires adaptability, accuracy, and the capability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive project coordination and administrative support across multiple Talent Management initiatives.
  • Oversee calendars, meetings, documentation, file management, and follow-ups with accuracy and discretion.
  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using standardized tools and templates.
  • Support budget monitoring, vendor interactions, and purchase order creation.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, Excel-based reports, and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Facilitate efficient collaboration across Talent Management teams and external partners.
  • Build rapport quickly and work effectively with diverse internal stakeholders across Talent and the broader business.
  • Promote cross-functional coordination and ensure progress across varied workstreams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in project administration or coordination with the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence a range of stakeholders.
