We are a successful & well established street food brand expanding into our first food hall kitchen.

Our menu is a unique proposition, showcasing authentic 12-16 hour smokehouse alongside the star of the show, our juicy F1 Wagyu patty

We have spent years perfecting our craft & we are ready to expand into food halls across the UK - but first we need the perfect crew for our flagship kitchen

We are looking for food obsessed & talented people to join our kitchen crew at the impressive new food hall in gorgeous Glossop

Smoking over wood is integral to what we do & sets us apart from the rest. The candidate will be eager to learn & gain insight & receive instruction & new skills relating to the process of smoking over wood.

It is important that the successful candidate understands the importance of consistency to ensure that our customers expectations are met every visit.

You will have experience of working in a kitchen & the ability to keep your cool & maintain consistently high standards in a busy environment.

Duties

  • Food prep, grill & fryer work.
  • An ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining constantly high standards.
  • A commitment to keeping the environment clean, well organised & well stocked for service.
  • Always adhering to safe working practices as instructed & diligent to implement systems in order to keep the customer safe; ie consultation of the food allergens matrix, etc.
  • A good understanding of the importance of teamwork & the ability to support colleagues during busy service.
  • Hard working & able to fit well within a collaborative team environment.
  • Implement food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
  • Assist in all elements of service & prep.

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen/street food kitchen setting.
  • Grill experience desirable but not necessary - we'll have you bossin' that grill in no time
  • Good communication skills ensuring positive & professional working atmosphere.
  • We will provide ongoing support & refresher training along the way as well as pay for online training & certification to keep you at the top of your game
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, management & customers where required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
