The Inn For All Seasons is a busy hotel and restaurant with a dynamic, passionate and friendly team. We are a family business situated in Treleigh on the outskirts of Redruth, Cornwall.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team, you will receive competitive rates of pay, paid holiday, tips, plus great benefits which include free onsite parking, team events and employee discounts.

As our Junior Sous Chef you should possess a background in kitchen management, food quality & attention to detail.

You will be responsible for delivering the best possible high quality food that keeps customers coming back. You will be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and work in a team of approximately 5 team members.

Pay is based on age, skill set and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Head & Sous Chef to lead and motivate the kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene & health & safety
  • Demonstrate the highest level of service, presentation and skill set at all times
  • Be passionate and proud of the food you serve
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to create new ideas

Requirements:

  • Currently working as or looking for career development into a Junior Sous Chef role
  • Passionate about food and creating exciting dining experiences
  • Dedicated to the success of the kitchen and overall business
  • Excellent team player
  • Motivational leader
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Willing to learn and develop
