We're hiring a Content Marketing Executive

(aka the person who'll make us look as good as we feel)

Remote-based | Regular travel to South of England Properties

If your idea of a good day involves a camera in one hand, a half-open laptop in the other, and a brain buzzing with ideas for your next photoshoot or Insta reel... you're going to want to read this.

We're Luxury Family Hotels – a small-but-mighty collection of charming hotels across the UK that do things differently. Less stuffy, more snuggly. Full of character and even fuller of family magic. And we need someone who can capture all of that through a lens and through design.

We need someone who can shoot like a pro, design like a wizard, and create content that makes people stop mid-scroll with a little gasp of delight. You'll be the one crafting visual magic for our social media, website, hotel menus, and more.

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking gorgeous photos that tell a story (yes, drone footage too if you're into heights)
  • Editing with flair using Lightroom & Photoshop
  • Creating Insta-worthy reels, TikToks, and stories that sparkle
  • Designing menus, signs, brochures, and sweet little surprises for our guests
  • Whipping up charming hand-drawn illustrations (if you've got the doodle gene)
  • Working alongside our Social Media Manager and wider marketing team to make creative ideas happen

This role is for you if:

  • You've got a solid background in photography and/or design
  • You're organised, creative and not afraid of a deadline
  • You're happy to travel to our hotels (they're rather lovely, promise)
  • You like a team that works hard, laughs often, and says "ooh that looks fab" more than strictly necessary
