ABOUT THE TABLE:

Imagine spending a whole year immersed in the world of advertising That's what The Table offers. This is a paid, entry-level programme where you'll join a specific team for a full year on a fixed term contract with a three-month probation period, which you would need to pass in order to complete the year scheme.

You'll dive right in with two weeks of intensive training to give you the tools to thrive in your role from day one, as well as a full training programme throughout the year and 1-2-1 career coaching with one of our in-house coaches.

The programme offers roles in Account Management, Planning, Social and Influence, Digital Media, AI and Production, working on some of the biggest and best in class clients

We're looking for passionate individuals who dream of starting their advertising careers and potentially joining our team full-time

We have welcomed upwards of 25+ Tabler's over the last few intakes and a large portion of them are still with us and have gone on to achieve incredible success here at VCCP

Our programme is perfect for you if you are looking to get your foot in the door (which is always difficult) with your first job in advertising. We are looking for all kinds of individuals regardless of your previous experience, background or prior qualifications; however what we do need you to have is that never ending drive for wanting to create inspiring work alongside brilliant like minded people and within a vibrant environment.

As part of The Table, our mission is to educate you, excite you and most importantly, grow you in knowledge & stature when it comes to navigating all aspects of the industry, and there is no better place to start that than here at VCCP.

**This programme is non-rotational and we cannot facilitate department changes during year one. If at the end of the year you would like to move departments, there would need to be a role available and you would have to be interviewed for it.**

AVAILABLE ROLES:

VCCP is a multidisciplinary agency with lots of different departments. The Table sits across the full partnership and we have had roles available across:

• Planning
• Post-Production
• Creative Producer
• Creator
• Media Strategists
• Digital Project Mangers
• Digital Account Managers
• AI strategists
• CRM & Loyalty Account Managers

We pride ourselves having created a true entry level scheme that doesn't require any candidate to have any work experience as we know not everyone is afforded the same opportunities. We just require you to show a passion and curiosity for our industry. We will give you the tools and experience you need throughout the course of the program, as long as you come with an open mind, a great professional attitude and turn up everyday with a positive collaborative energy.
