Warehouse Operative – Entry Level (Seasonal: December–January)

Hours:
Part-time & Full-time available

Shifts:
Day, Night, Weekend & Rotating shifts available

Pay Rate:
£12.00–£14.00 per hour
(shift premiums may apply for nights/overtime)

About the Role

We are hiring
entry-level Warehouse Operatives
to support increased demand during the seasonal holiday period. No previous warehouse experience is required — full training will be provided.

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive warehouse team to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
  • Sort, label and prepare items for dispatch
  • Load and unload deliveries (light to moderate lifting required)
  • Organise stock in correct warehouse locations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

  • No previous experience required — ideal for first-time warehouse workers
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to work flexible shifts
  • Able to lift and move packages safely (training provided)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
