Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand a client base focused on wealth management (B2C).
  • Provide personalized advisory services to clients, fostering trust and maintaining robust communication channels.
  • Enhance assets under management by identifying financial needs and opportunities, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive client reviews to discern individual financial requirements and deliver customized wealth management strategies.
  • Employ a consultative approach to understand clients' goals and tailor solutions utilizing a diverse range of financial products and services.
  • Stay abreast of global markets and client dynamics to offer informed advice and product selection.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management.
  • Strong service orientation, numerical acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Aspiration for or possession of UK level 4 advisory qualification.
  • Prior experience with high-net-worth clients preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with investment, offshore, fintech, bond, or pension products advantageous.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit coupled with a drive for excellence.
  • Sharp analytical skills and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial sales.
  • Ambition, goal orientation, and resilience.
