Conveyancing Solicitor

We are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor specialised in residential and ideally commercial conveyancing. Other skills such as wills etc would be advantageous.
Must be fully qualified with over 3 years practice experience.
Based from our office in Saltburn by the Sea, The position will be extremely flexible and self-reliant. The successful applicant must be completely able to work under their own initiative and supervision within a small team. They will be responsible for bringing in work through networking and recommendations.
Essential characteristics include; A good can do attitude, ability to present yourself well in front of clients / other professionals, a mindset of turning out high quality work every time, the ability to work un-supervised and a production-focussed attitude, tidy and well organised person.
Basic salary and also the opportunity to earn a high revenue profit share is available for the right person.
Contributory pension and BUPA Healthcare available.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
