What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a part-time Gym Assistant who shares our passion for fitness, energy, and exceptional customer service. You'll be the face of Jetts on the gym floor — helping to deliver a clean, safe, and motivating environment where our members can thrive.

You'll also support the management team with day-to-day operations, ensuring every member enjoys a world-class Jetts experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members in a professional, friendly, and positive manner
  • Maintain gym floor cleanliness and presentation to Jetts' high standards
  • Provide assistance and basic instruction on safe equipment use
  • Support club operations including member check-ins and general administration
  • Promote the Jetts culture of energy, ambition, and community
  • Assist with club events, open days, and promotional activities

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • A positive, energetic attitude and team spirit
  • Previous gym, customer service, or fitness experience (preferred but not essential)
  • First Aid certification (preferred)

Location
