Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively drive sales through effective communication and negotiation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using IT systems.
- Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales processes.
- Exceptional time management abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong organisational skills, enabling effective management of client relationships and sales activities.
