Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for building and managing the brand's omni-channel visual creative system, leading spatial design, graphic design, and visual marketing, ensuring that visual outputs align with the brand's premium positioning and set industry benchmarks.
  2. Based on brand strategy, industry trends, and market competition, regularly evaluate visual creative performance, propose systematic optimization plans, and continuously enhance creative quality and user experience.
  3. Lead the development and presentation of brand visual creative strategies, collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and other departments to closely integrate creative design with business objectives, thereby boosting market conversion and brand influence.
  4. Establish and refine standards, processes, and methodologies for visual creative management, promoting efficient cross-department collaboration and fostering business growth and brand innovation.
  5. Responsible for empowering, motivating, and developing the visual creative team, building a highly skilled, forward-looking creative talent pipeline to support the brand's long-term leadership in creativity.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Visual Communication, Art & Design, Fashion Management, or related fields.
  2. Over 10 years of visual creative management experience in the fashion industry (e.g., apparel, luxury, contemporary fashion, beauty), with international brand or cross-cultural project experience preferred.
  3. Exceptional aesthetic sense, trend insight, and creative ideation ability; familiar with full-process management of visual creativity from strategy to execution.
  4. Fluent in English, capable of using it for business communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  5. Excellent team leadership and project management skills, able to inspire creativity, integrate resources, and drive execution, with a strong sense of responsibility and strategic collaboration.
