About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 17:30 - 20:00
To oversee and manage the cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Train and mentor new cleaning staff
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and used correctly
- Address or escalate any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.
- Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Input to reports on cleaning activities and colleague performance.
- Lead cleaning tasks as needed.
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Willing and enthusastic
- Good time management
- Ability to work on own and part of a team
- Experience in cleaning and waste
- Staff management or supervising experience within a cleaning role
