Office Junior Purchasing
To support the Procurement process by managing supplier relationships, processing
orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key responsibilities:
Support the Procurement Manager and Purchasing Assistant in developing and
maintaining relationships with supply chain and internal teams.
Support the Procurement Manager and Purchasing Assistant in
Assist in placing orders for products and materials based on customer demand,
production requirements and maintaining stock levels.
Assist in ensuring on-time deliveries from the supply chain.
Maintain accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Qualifications:
Experience
No previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management is needed but
would be beneficial.
Skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills are required to interact effectively and professionally
with supply chain and internal teams.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain a well organised workspace.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Excel Software.
Team player with a willingness to collaborate with other team members and support
internal departments.
Training and Progression
Training / Progression Plan will be discussed and put in place for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,810.00 per year
