We are looking for a
Senior Administrator
to support the School Business Manager and lead the administration function.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration Deliver efficient admin support across the school.
- Pupil Records Manage accurate pupil data and support the pastoral team.
- HR Support Assist with recruitment, appraisals, CPD bookings, and HR processes.
- Business Admin Oversee compliance/Data Protection, reporting, and business operations.

Job Description - Senior Administrator
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Proven admin experience, ideally in education or care settings
- HR and pupil administration experience desirable
- Accurate typing and confident minute-taking
- Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
