Electrician Domestic

Job Summary

We are seeking a few skilled and qualified Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of domestic electrical systems.

Main duties will be in the renewables market, Solar PV and Battery Storage installations. Predominantly Domestic based. Experience installing Solar PV systems would be great but not essential for the right candidate. Training can be provided for fully qualified experienced domestic electricians looking to move into this exciting market.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair renewable electrical systems and equipment.
• Must be able to Test, inspect and commission
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow strict safety protocols and regulations whilst working on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• On site filling of supplied apps and programmes to accurately and thoroughly keep logs, records and photographic evidence of installations from start to finish. This is a very important part of the job.
• Customer service is paramount. Polite, friendly and helpful at all times.

• Provide a brief hand over on site each day with the customer. And to help them understand how to work the systems in place.

• Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fully qualified Electrician is a must in a domestic setting.
• We are ideally looking for somebody already in renewables that can hit the ground running. Works already ongoing for confident and qualified installers.
• Completing domestic installations in a timely manner to a good standard. 1 job a day as team.
• 18th Edition
• Level 3
• 2391 or equivalent
• Gold card preferred
• Solar PV Preferred
• Battery course, EV course ect advantageous
• We are required to obtain a fresh DBS check
• Driving License

Full training and guidance throughout. We are willing to train you up in solar for the right candidates.

Must be polite and friendly. This is a customer facing role. You will be dealing with customers on sites on a daily basis. Customer satisfaction is top priority.

Works are ongoing already. And growing Rapidly. Looking for new starters in the new year and late January as new contracts start.

Ideally you need to be relatively local to Mansfield to drop off rubbish and collect materials in a morning or evenings.

We can offer salaried on the books roles or on a subcontract basis. Both are full time positions. We can't offer the odd job here and there unfortunately.
