- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the data engineering team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility for end users.
- Maintain documentation of data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic to support transparency and governance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing functionality, simplify processes, and leverage configuration to accelerate solution delivery.
- Utilise AI and automation technology to enhance the analyst role and share best practices with colleagues.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.
- Ability to think from the perspective of internal end users, with a focus on usability, clarity, and business value.
- Experience working in Agile teams, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex investment data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based dashboards and familiarity with SQL and python for querying and validating data.
