solutions, is seeking an EMEA Payroll Associate to join our team.

This role may be based in the UK, Ireland, or Poland. Weekly office attendance is required if you live within commuting distance of a local office.

EMEA Payroll Associate

Payroll Countries currently managed - Ireland, Poland, Spain, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Denmark

This permanent position will report to the EMEA Payroll Manager based in our London office. The successful candidate willmanage relationships with payroll service providers, ensuring efficient and timely payrollprocessing while continuously reviewing payroll processes to comply with local statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of monthly payroll cycles for assigned EMEA countries, depending on the candidates experience, which ideally should include at least two of the countries listed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external payroll providers, addressing employee queries and handling configuration and compliance issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Prepare month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy.

Manage payroll processes for quarterly Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) releases, liaising closely with payroll providers to ensure accurate application of estimated tax and social charges.

Oversee the annual year-end process and handle regular statutory payroll reporting and compliance matters.

Review and recommend improvements to payroll processes.

Provide coverage and support for the monthly payroll cycle for other EMEA countries as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in payroll processing, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant knowledge.

Ability to manage complex volumes of data and consolidate information from various sources effectively.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel.

Experience managing outsourced payrolls.

Familiarity with processing Restricted Stock Units within a payroll environment preferred).

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation relevant to assigned countries.

Proven capability in managing key relationships and communicating effectively within a team.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Collaborative work experience with HR departments.

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Desired Experience:

Exposure to multi-jurisdiction payrolls.

Proficiency in additional European languages alongside English.

Experience using ADP Streamline and iiPay platforms.

Experience in managing at least one of our nine countries' payrolls.
