Desktop Support Engineer

We are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for a expanding managed service provider.
Your main role will be to provide end user support to a dedicated customer site however occasionally supporting other customers across the region both onsite and remotely from home.
You will have a good all round knowledge of software and hardware supporting with day to day administration and troubleshooting issues for customers. You will be well versed in Windows 10/11 Operating Systems along with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and Anti-virus.
You will have worked with a range of desktop, laptops, tablets and printers as well as ideally some experience with networks, WiFi and Google Chromebooks plus Google Workspace however this is not essential.
Candidates will be team players and will have excellent customer facing skills.
You must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
In return employees are being offered a generous benefits package, career progression and certifications as well as a basic salary of approximately £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
