DGB cleaning provide cleaning and associated services to clients across London and the south west.

A full UK Driving licence and current driving experience is key to this role as you will be expected to use one of of company vehicles to move between jobs.

We are seeking a Proactive and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within a variety of locations in Hertfordshire and London areas.

This job will require the candidate will be work alone or as a team of 2. You must follow a schedule of cleaning duties set out including daily duties and weekly duties.

This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to provide an excellent service to our clients and maintain clean and safe communal areas for all residents and visitors.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: varied shifts patterns available - day and night

Meeting Point: Close to the Watford area WD24

Uniform: Provided

Training: Provided

On site parking available / candidate will meet fellow cleaner at agreed location and work from company van.

Employment basis: Self employed or employed

This role is on a part time or full time basis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated locations including offices, site restrooms, communal spaces and refuse areas
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, or vacuumed as appropriate.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies - including movement of communal bins in and out of designated areas.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
