We're recruiting for 2 of our 3-bed homes in Kirkby and are looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to join our growing team.

Available Roles:

Team Leader – £15.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and mentor residential care staff
  • Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
  • Manage care planning, safeguarding, and record-keeping
  • Promote positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
  • Take part in activities, trips, and sleep-in duties

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Calm, resilient, and passionate about supporting children
  • Full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS required

Senior Support Worker – £13.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people
  • Support daily routines, education, and personal development
  • Implement care plans and ensure safeguarding standards
  • Build trusting, therapeutic relationships
  • Contribute to records, meetings, and team development

Requirements:

  • Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce
  • Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare (or similar)
  • Resilient, caring, and professional approach
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desirable)
