Available Roles:
Team Leader – £15.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and mentor residential care staff
- Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
- Manage care planning, safeguarding, and record-keeping
- Promote positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Take part in activities, trips, and sleep-in duties
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare
- Proven leadership experience
- Calm, resilient, and passionate about supporting children
- Full UK driving licence and Enhanced DBS required
Senior Support Worker – £13.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to young people
- Support daily routines, education, and personal development
- Implement care plans and ensure safeguarding standards
- Build trusting, therapeutic relationships
- Contribute to records, meetings, and team development
Requirements:
- Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce
- Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare (or similar)
- Resilient, caring, and professional approach
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desirable)
