Supervisor - Subway

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, particularly within food service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service, and fostering a positive work environment for all team members.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Train and mentor team members in food safety practices and customer service excellence.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to ensure availability.
• Ensure that all subs are prepared to subway formulars.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Excellent team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation.
• Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
• A background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends are required.
