Supervisor - Subway

Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and dependable Supervisor to join our Subway team and support the smooth running of daily operations. As a key member of the management team, you'll play an essential role in maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness, while motivating staff and ensuring compliance with Subway's brand guidelines.

The role offers full-time hours with flexibility, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, to support a healthy work-life balance.

Duties

• Supervise and support the team during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Prepare food to Subway standards and maintain hygiene and safety
• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Handle cash, operate the till, and complete daily reports
• Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked
• Train and guide new team members
• Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and brand standards
• Assist with stock control and minimise food waste
• Help create a positive, motivated team environment

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in food preparation is advantageous.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
