Interim Finance Manager | Creative Marketing Agency | 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

We're looking for an exceptional Interim Finance Manager to join one of the most dynamic and fast-growing creative marketing agencies in the UK. Operating Outside IR35, this position will be partnering closely with the Finance Director, helping to steer the financial engine of a business that's redefining what it means to grow brands in the digital age.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director in a finance team of 2, you'll own the full management accounts process and lead a junior finance assistant. You'll ensure accurate, timely reporting while also contributing to the integration and alignment of financial reporting with the parent group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Partner with stakeholders across the agency to drive commercial insight
  • Lead the preparation and production of monthly management accounts
  • Deliver accurate month-end and group reporting
  • Manage and mentor a junior finance assistant
  • Serve as a key point of contact across the finance function
  • Support ad hoc finance projects and process improvements

What we need to see (essential):

  • Fully (ICAS, ICAEW, CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end production of management accounts

What we need to see (bonus):

  • Experience with Sage
  • Previous line management or mentoring experience

Day Rate:
£350 – £550 per day (Outside IR35)

Location:
Central London (up to 2 days per week in the office)

Contract Length:
6 months, with the potential to extend
