The role:

BH Live is recruiting for a part time, Play and Bounce Assistant to join our team at Exploria.

Exploria has been created with a tantalising sense of wonder and extreme fun across three connected worlds to give children enough action to keep them going all day, every day.

You will provide a safe and enjoyable customer experience to visitors within the Play and Bounce area and be available to work on a rota basis.

Due to the nature of our business, there will be a requirement to work during the day, as well as weekends, bank holidays and early evenings.

You will:
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for BH Live and Exploria.
  • Create a sense of fun and excitement for all our customers.
  • Host and support children's parties.
  • Meet and greet customers, provide advice on our activities, confirm and take bookings.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are complied with.
To be successful you will need:
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • To be a confident communicator who provides great customer service
  • To be able to work during the day, weekends, bank holidays and evenings on a rota basis.
