Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Fixed Term Finance Purchasing Technician in our Faculty office

Join the renowned Faculty of Engineering & Design, celebrated for its research excellence and teaching quality. We are seeking a proactive and motivated Finance Purchasing Technician to play a crucial role in contributing to the smooth running of the Faculty Purchasing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and vetting order requests.
• Checking appropriate suppliers have been selected and acquiring quotation where necessary.
• Enter requisitions for processing on Agresso and carry out supplier checks
• Other finance related tasks as directed by Faculty Finance Officer
