Nanny Bears are recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager for our wonderful nursery, The Old Stables on Barrack Road

You must be qualified to at least level 3 with experience in similar role, 40 hours per week.

Your will have the following experience, skills and attributes -

  • Have a full and relevant (minimum) Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development.
  • Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to support staff in using the framework.
  • Experience and knowledge of safeguarding practice.
  • Be a good team player who enjoys working as part of a close-knit family
  • Have the ability to use initiative and to create inspiring and creative activities
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
