Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. We're combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We raised $100M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels like Nico Rosberg, the Co-Founder of Solana and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more.
We're creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind, and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to customers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers.
But we're not stopping there. We're also building the Energy Network: a decentralised platform of smart devices that rewards users in Energy Dollars for electrifying their homes, shifting usage to off-peak hours, and helping balance the grid. This network strengthens grid stability - a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.
As Procurement Manager at Fuse Energy, you'll play a pivotal role in building the backbone of our renewable energy operations, driving efficiency, transparency and cost leadership across everything we buy. You'll own the end-to-end procurement strategy, from sourcing solar panels and grid infrastructure to managing supplier relationships and implementing scalable systems. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll shape the commercial foundation of a company redefining how renewable energy is built and delivered.
- Own Fuse's end-to-end procurement strategy - deliver measurable cost savings through negotiation, strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation across all renewable products (from home energy hardware to utility-scale solar, storage and grid infrastructure).
- Build and enforce streamlined procurement standards - create clear policies, playbooks and approval flows that ensure compliance and consistency.
- Optimise contracts and run competitive tenders - secure best pricing and commercial terms for equipment, materials, logistics and services.
- Implement scalable systems and tooling - increase transparency, automate purchasing and drive preferred-supplier adoption.
- Lead supplier onboarding and performance management - qualify vendors, run audits and manage risk to guarantee cost, quality and delivery.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain, ideally with exposure to energy, construction, renewables, hardware or industrial products.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a similar discipline.
- You are a strong commercial negotiator with a firm grasp of procurement best practices and cost-reduction levers.
- You excel at communication and stakeholder management, able to influence, challenge and align diverse teams in a fast-moving environment.
- You are detail-driven and analytically sharp with a structured problem-solving approach and a high bar for operational excellence.
- You thrive in a dynamic, high-ownership environment and have a bias for action, urgency and resilience needed in a rapid-growth startup.
- Competitive salary
- Biannual bonus scheme
- Fully expensed tech to match your needs
- Deliveroo breakfast and dinner for office-based employees
