This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Buying team, giving you the chance to learn, grow, and build real experience within a fast-moving e-commerce environment. As an Administration Assistant, you'll support the full product journey — from first ideas through to launch. You'll work closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays on track.
Your day could include helping prepare packaging artwork, checking product samples, coordinating supplier timelines, managing product information, and supporting compliance processes. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being part of a team that brings new products to life, this role offers plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.

Your Role: (All necessary training will be provided)
- Assist with creating packaging artwork and labels
- Help produce product manuals and spare parts labels
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure artwork and samples arrive on time
- Track sample deliveries and support arranging marketing shipments
- Update product information, pricing, and sales forecasts
- Carry out simple compliance checks and support documentation
- Help organise and prepare product instruction manual content
- Set up and manage product codes (SKUs) and bundled product codes

Working Hours & Location:
Full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch). You will be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) 5 days a week, so having your own transport is essential.
