This part-time contract position is ideal for a creative marketing professional who thrives in a hybrid work environment, combining on-site collaboration in Birmingham with remote flexibility. You will be responsible for elevating the brand's online presence, engaging audiences, and driving growth across key social platforms.

Deliverables

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the luxury design sector
  • Capture, create, and curate high-quality content that reflects the brand's aesthetic and values
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
  • Collaborate with the design team to highlight new products, behind-the-scenes processes, and company milestones

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media for design, luxury, or creative brands
  • Proficiency in content creation, including photography, video, and copywriting
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to develop and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Hybrid working availability, with the ability to work on-site in Birmingham as required
