Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical graduate to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Associate. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and senior team members to support Supesa's strategic planning, business development, and financial operations.

This position offers hands-on exposure to how an innovative organisation grows and makes key decisions. You'll conduct market research, build financial models, and create impactful materials that inform partnerships, investments, and overall strategy, developing a well-rounded understanding of how strategy and finance intersect in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and financial evaluation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Skilled in creating and delivering engaging presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus
