Sales Development Representative

We're looking for ambitious and confident individuals to join our expanding sales team
You'll book meetings for our New Business team by establishing relationships with potential customers and using your initiative to identify commercial opportunities. What you'll be doing:
- Confidently engaging with key decision makers through business-led conversations
- Developing an understanding of our customers' businesses and what drives them by having meaningful conversations and asking thoughtful questions
- Building successful B2B relationships to book meetings for our Sales team
- Achieving KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
- Immersing yourself in your target vertical markets to become an expert in your field
- Utilising a range of communication methods including social selling
What we need from you:
- Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport
- Tenacity, ambition and the ability to adapt quickly
- Proactive attitude with confidence in making outbound calls
- Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative
- Experience in a customer-facing, performance or sales role
- A driven, collaborative and energetic nature
- A team player with a commitment to ethical B2B sales
