Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Student Support Officer, located on-site in London. The Student Support Officer will assist with academic and administrative needs, respond to student inquiries, and help manage student records. The officer will also be responsible for career advice, identifying student welfare and support needs and referring to appropriate services, and coordinating student activities and events.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Technical Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Experience in an educational environment is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
