We are excited to be recruiting for a Technical Operations Administrator to join our team, assisting and supporting on a variety of day-to-day operational activities in our Pre-Construction Team.

What Does The Role Involve?

  • Assist in the maintenance of internal systems, processing incoming data.
  • Processing digital survey information and creating initial layout outputs
  • Maintaining workflow reporting, ensuring procedures are adhered to.
  • Coordination of tasks between internal teams to achieve required outputs
  • Preparing project documents and drawing annotations

About You

  • Proven experience in an operations administrative role
  • A practical background in construction or related industries beneficial.
  • Familiarity with basic CAD software an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills

Salary & Benefits

Based at our Head Office in Hythe, this is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, great workspace, facilities and a friendly, open working environment .

  • Full Time, Permanent Role
  • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • 24 Days Paid Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
  • £30K-£36k DOE
