Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we've rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.
About the Role
We're hiring a Social Activation Manager to take ownership of the activation for a number of LADbible Group branded content campaigns.
As an integral part of the Paid Media team, this is an exciting opportunity that requires strategic, creative, and technical skills to deliver campaigns from start to finish. Be a social-first specialist, keeping on top platform trends, policy, and capabilities.
Support the creation and implementation of the strategy for the full campaign lifecycle, including publishing, scheduling, targeting, optimisation, reporting & evaluation
Take ownership of paid social elements within your campaigns, delivering an optimal set-up and attentive approach to optimisation alongside organic delivery
Track and report on campaign performance, providing proactive updates and data-driven insights.
Build strong relationships with commercial, creative, and production teams to influence decisions and ensure quality.
Be influential to direct reports and wider team alike; helping them to understand organic and paid social craft, learn new tricks and develop themselves as well as the LAD culture
Be a detail-oriented expert who stays ahead of social & technological developments; understanding how we might test and integrate new tools and approaches to advance our offerings
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
Experience activating/ buying across all social media platforms, including Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads and Google Ads
Proven ability of delivering effective, progressive social strategies for clients
Strong knowledge on the media advertising landscape, with a finger on the pulse for new platform opportunities
A test and learn mindset, with genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign performance growth
A proven problem solving mindset with the ability to both proactively spot potential problems, and react when issues do arise.
The ability to clearly articulate points of view to internal stakeholders and clients, and influence decision makers to positively impact campaign performance.
Basic photoshop experience, though not essential to the role.
At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.
LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As the leading social youth publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard.
