Paralegal – CLO Specialist

Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

About the Firm:
A leading international law firm

Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a CLO Paralegal to join on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting lawyers on collateralised loan obligation (CLO) transactions, managing documentation, coordinating deal processes, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage CLO and securitisation transaction documentation
  • Process comments on transaction documentation
  • Support closings and post-closing deliverables
  • Assist with transaction management
  • Conduct legal research

Qualifications:
Candidates should have prior paralegal experience in banking or finance, ideally with knowledge of CLO or securitisation documentation. Law graduates with exceptional academics and strong enthusiasm to develop CLO expertise will also be considered.
