CLO Paralegal Top International Law Firm Permanent, London Based Salary Up To £49,000pa + OT + Benefits Our client, a top international law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new CLO Paralegal (Collateralised Loan Obligation). This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that represents the world's major corporations in complex transactions and disputes. You'll be part of their award-winning team As the successful CLO Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following: Preparing and managing CLO and Securitisation transaction documentation Processing comments on transaction documents Coordinating with both internal and external parties Conducting extensive legal research Engaging in regular external client contact + much more. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have/be the following: Have completed law degree (LPC/GDL) Have experience in CLO or Securitisation (the firm will look at strong Corporate Paralegals too) Be able to commute to the London office at least 3 days a week Have the ability to analyse complex financial and legal information Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines For more information and to review a full job description, get in touch as soon as possible.
