Hold a UK CAA B1 licence and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft

The Role
As a Licenced Engineer, you'll play a key part in maintaining our fleet and ensuring our aircraft operate safely and efficiently. You'll engage with all aspects of the airline's operation, working both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility is essential, as you'll need to meet deadlines, overcome operational challenges, and embrace change to drive improvements across the business. You'll demonstrate a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and proficiency in IT, while communicating effectively with management and maintaining a strong customer focus.

What We're Looking For

UK CAA B1 licence and authorisation or equivalent on company aircraft

Up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation

Minimum of 3 years' operational experience in a line maintenance environment

Proven ability to communicate issues to management

High degree of customer focus – both internal and external

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, across all levels of the organisation

Willingness to be flexible, embrace change, and drive improvements

Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Proficiency in IT

Commitment to personal development and openness to feedback

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Edinburgh and will be permanent nights, on a 4 on 4 off pattern.
