About the Role:

Join our team as a Paralegal to contribute to the development of Lexis+UK, LexisNexis UK's online practical guidance and research product for legal professionals. Focusing on the Dispute Resolution area.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing new and existing content for quality and legal accuracy for the DR practice area
  • Monitoring of developments and inputting information to maintain trackers of consultations, cases and key dates
  • Evaluating existing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with teams to implement process improvements and introduce tools or technologies that reduce manual effort and turnaround time
  • Drafting practical guidance content, including Practice Notes, Checklists, and Precedents as and when required

Requirements:

  • Law degree/GDL/LPC/BTC. Legal research and writing skills
  • Understanding of legal issues, procedures, and content types
  • Working knowledge or interest of DR
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Clear and succinct writing style adaptable to LexisNexis house style
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including lawyers, contributors, and sales teams
