Tomorrow's Guides' incredible growth has created an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team in a new role as Customer Onboarding Specialist.

We're Tomorrow's Guides – the UK's leading platform for finding care for a loved one. With more than 45,000 care providers listed on , and ; and over 700,000 verified customer reviews, we help families find the right care solution for their loved ones and help care providers grow their businesses.

This is a full-time role with the option of hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (laptop and work equipment supplied). It is important that the candidate lives within commutable range of Hungerford.

The role
Supporting new customers to use their account effectively to drive enquiries and generate reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Help provide new customers to develop Control Panel by providing support & advice on how to increase Profile Completeness and generate Reviews.
  • Provide support & resolved any issues that may arise and liaise with various departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Ensure customer has positive experience with Company.
  • Regular new customer check-ins
  • Maintain relationship for 1st year on subscription with customer until first renewal.

Experience Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, resilient & persistent
  • Sales experience not necessary, but sales experience will develop with this new role.
